POLICY AND FEES

Prices quoted and advertised reflect cash payments. Debit, Credit and "tap to pay" transactions are subject to an automatic 3% convenience fee at check out.


FIRST AID WIRELESS HAS A STRICT NO HOLDS POLICY.

IF A DEVICE IS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS OF REPAIR COMPLETION THERE WILL BE A $3 PER DAY STORAGE FEE. 


IF A DEVICE IS NOT PICKED UP BY THE 30TH BUSINESS DAY FROM REPAIR COMPLETION IT WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND PROPERTY OF FIRST AID WIRELESS.


ALL REPAIRS ARE SUBJECT TO A $60 BENCH FEE EVEN WITH NO REPAIR!


All sales are FINAL, no refunds or exchanges, unless noted otherwise by authorized personal.

REPAIRS AND SERVICE

Repairs are done as task based, meaning we will only repair what has been requested and recorded on the ticket. Should a device need more repair, the original price quote may change. First aid Wireless will contact customers and gain approval for additional repair/cost before proceeding. 


All devices are tested before and after to ensure everything is as it should be, and to ensure there is no other damage the customer and technician should be aware of. If the device is unable to be tested (i.e. screen is not functioning, no power, no password etc.) we can only assume that only the original task should need repaired and any following repairs are not covered under our guarantee of work.

Shipping dates are estimated and not guaranteed, please understand mail currier delays do not reflect on us.

Mailed out devices can take up to 15 business days. Deposits are non-refundable for parts ordered.


We are not liable for manufacturer issues for example:  Touch disease on iPhone 6 Plus or Audio IC issues on iPhone 7 Plus ETC.


Repairs may void Manufacturer warranty or 3rd party insurance.

Some iPhones could display warning  3rd party part messages with our parts.


Although we re-seal devices to the best of our ability, water resistance after repair is NOT guaranteed.

Data loss, though rare, is a possibility, First Aid Wireless is not responsible for any data loss.



WARRANTY

ALL DEVICE PURCHASE OR REPAIRS THROUGH FIRST AID WIRELESS ARE BACKED FOR 90 DAYS UNDER OUR WARRANTY WITH A LIFETIME IMEI GURANTEE!



IT IS IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND WARRANTY IS NOT AN INSURANCE AND ONLY COVERS ANY FUNCTIONALITY ISSUES


WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER OR INCLUDE DAMAGE, THEFT OR LOSS.


ANY KIND OF PHYSICAL DAMAGE OR WATER DAMAGE WILL VOID WARRANTY. NO EXCEPTION.


PREVIOUSLY WATER DAMAGED DEVICES WILL NOT BE WARRANTY ELIGIBLE IF REPAIRABLE.
